Dear Mine is a four volume manga by Takao Shigeru. It ran in the magazine Hana to Yume and was published

Satoko is a kind and cheerful 17-year-old girl who helps her lazy mother in every
way. Her father died shortly after his company went bankrupt leaving his wife
and child quite poor. But still, they do their best to work hard and live a happy
life..that is, until Sakoto comes home to find their aparment completely empty
and no sign of her mother. She is picked up in a very fancy car and taken to a
mansion where Fuuma Wakudera, a clever and arrogant 10-year-old boy, is waiting
for her. Due to a promise made by their parents long ago, Satoko is shocked to
find out this same boy is her fiancée!
At first their relationship is very shaky, as Satoko cannot accept a boy who is seven years younger.
But in truth, Fuuma really loves and cares for Satoko, and while he tries to hide it, he is a very kind
person who worries for others. As time passes, Satoko learns that Fumma is no ordinary 10-year-old, and
in many ways acts more mature than even her. Through various situations, their feelings for each other grow
